We at Form V Chocolates ship as quickly as possible. The chocolates are handmade, in small batches, and may need to be made to order. Orders may take up to 7 days to be ready.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only ship within contiguous US states. We do not ship our products to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, nor do we ship our products internationally.

We try to make sure that our products reaches you perfectly. Towards this goal, we do not ship during the warmer months (April – Otober) and we ship only Monday to Wednesday so that our Chocolates reach you before the weekend without spending extra time in transit.

While we try our hardest to make sure that your chocolates reach you without any damage, we have no control on the packages once they leave our premises. Hence we cannot be responsible for shipping delays and damaged or lost packages.
